Frequently asked questions
What if the customer orders across several messages?
The AI reads the whole conversation and groups the messages that belong to the same order. Still, review the table before using it: it can get ambiguous orders wrong.
How many orders can I process?
Up to 6,000 characters at a time, which usually covers several dozen messages. If your chat is longer, process it in parts.
Is it free?
